The use of saw blades with a special tooth configuration designed for cutting mineral wool panels. This configuration ensures a clean cut and does not tear the material to be cut. It is equipped with a pneumatic tensioner. The drive belts are tensioned when the material to be cut comes into play in the cutting zone. This function eliminates the possibility of accidental activation of the saw when there is no material to cut. It is equipped with guides built into the saw. This gives precise positioning of the material to be cut. Modularity of the saw. This allows it to be integrated into any existing production line. Advanced aspiration system removes the maximum amount of waste from the cutting area, which also ensures a clean cut and correct lamella geometry.
