Intelmachine produces sandwich panel lines using the technology of the English partner Duemas technology.
From integration to production!
Since 2004, we have been providing integration services for equipment and technological lines for the production of sandwich panels from a reliable manufacturer Duemas tehnology LTD. Since that time, we have delivered and commissioned 19 lines on the territory of the Russian Federation and upgraded a total of more than 60 facilities. The history of the transfer of sandwich panel production technologies from England to Russia has been going on for 12 years and during this time we have accumulated vast experience in this technical field.
Throughout the interaction with Duemas, we have brought a fresh look, modernization and new solutions. Based on the experience of automation and robotization, such innovations as the spray-servo system of gluing, automated preparation of the insulating layer, a non-stop sheet metal splicing unit were implemented, ensuring high production quality and cost reduction.
Since 2018, we have been actively implementing a remote dispatching system that allows us to prevent the failure of individual drive units, thereby eliminating unplanned downtime of equipment and substandard products.
